§ 1
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Integrall AI Content.
Customers are responsible for the sources they configure, the materials they collect or process, the drafts they approve, and the content they publish.
AIContent provides technical tools for collecting, processing, rewriting, reviewing, and publishing content. It does not grant legal rights to third-party content.
§ 2
Source rights and customer content
You may only configure sources, import materials, process drafts, or publish content when you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, lawful basis, or other authorization.
You are responsible for verifying applicable licenses, content-owner requirements, platform rules, attribution requirements, source-link requirements, and copyright restrictions.
You must not use AIContent to copy, rewrite, summarize, adapt, or publish third-party materials in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, platform, or other rights.
§ 3
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use AIContent to create, collect, process, approve, publish, or distribute:
- illegal content or instructions for illegal activity
- extremist, terrorist, or violent organization content
- child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation content
- scams, fraud, deceptive advertising, phishing, or impersonation
- malware, credential theft, account abuse, or security attacks
- sanctions evasion or activity for sanctioned or prohibited entities
- copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement
- spam, platform abuse, artificial engagement, or unwanted mass messaging
- content that violates Telegram rules, source rules, platform rules, or applicable law.
§ 4
Enforcement
Integrall LLC may review reports, restrict workflows, block source configurations, remove or disable access to content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or refuse service when use creates legal, platform, security, payment, sanctions, or abuse risk.
Repeated infringement, repeated prohibited use, or attempts to evade enforcement may result in permanent termination.
§ 5
No endorsement or approval
Customer-configured sources, imported materials, AI-assisted drafts, approved posts, and published content are not endorsed, approved, verified, or adopted by Integrall LLC merely because they are processed by or pass through AIContent.
Integrall LLC may review or restrict suspected misuse, but it is not obligated to continuously monitor every customer source, draft, output, approval decision, or publication.
