Overview
This Pricing and Billing Policy explains subscription pricing, checkout, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment handling for Integrall AI Content.
§ 2
Current public pricing
Monthly billing:
- Starter: $19/month
- Pro: $29/month
- Premium: $39/month
Annual billing:
- Starter: $144/year
- Pro: $228/year
- Premium: $300/year
Annual billing is shown on the pricing page as an estimated monthly equivalent:
- Starter: $12/month, billed annually at $144/year
- Pro: $19/month, billed annually at $228/year
- Premium: $25/month, billed annually at $300/year
Annual billing includes a 35% discount compared with standard monthly billing.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
§ 3
Payment and checkout
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy checkout or another payment method approved by Integrall LLC.
Checkout may collect billing information, tax information, payment method information, fraud-prevention data, and transaction information according to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy.
A subscription is not considered active until payment is completed or otherwise confirmed by Integrall LLC or the payment provider.
§ 4
Automatic renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically every year unless cancelled before the next billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing for the selected plan and billing interval until cancellation, expiration, failed payment, or termination.
§ 5
Cancellation and cancel auto-renewal
You may request cancellation of auto-renewal before the next billing period.
Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund the current paid billing period.
Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless access is terminated earlier due to non-payment, abuse, fraud, security risk, compliance risk, violation of Terms, or platform restrictions.
Cancellation may be requested through the contact form, customer panel, payment-provider portal where available, or support channel provided by Integrall LLC.
§ 6
Refunds
Unless stated otherwise in a written offer, checkout page, invoice, or applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after access is activated or setup work begins.
Integrall LLC may issue discretionary refunds case by case.
Refunds may be refused where the service was used, setup work was performed, plan access was activated, abuse occurred, payment fraud is suspected, or a refund request conflicts with payment-provider rules or legal obligations.
§ 7
Failed payments
If payment fails, Integrall LLC or the payment provider may notify the customer, retry billing, pause access, restrict access, cancel the subscription, or terminate the account.
Customer workflows may stop or become unavailable if subscription access is unpaid, expired, cancelled, or suspended.
§ 8
Plan limits
Plans may include limits for source count, source items processed, AI-prepared posts, AI-generated images, publishing volume, support level, setup level, and customer panel features.
Current plan limits are described on the pricing page or in a written offer. Integrall LLC may update plan limits over time.
§ 9
Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, billing interval changes, and plan changes may be handled through the customer panel, Telegram control panel, support, payment-provider portal, or written request depending on the active setup.
A plan change may affect access, limits, billing amount, billing interval, renewal date, feature availability, and customer workflow.
§ 10
Taxes
Prices may not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, digital services tax, or other taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider where required.
Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, withholding, reporting, and government charges that apply to their own jurisdiction, business, or use case unless the payment provider or Integrall LLC is legally required to collect them.
§ 11
Third-party fees
Integrall AI Content pricing does not include customer-side third-party costs unless explicitly stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for their own Telegram, RSS, website, domain, hosting, content licensing, AI usage outside the included plan, payment processor, tax, legal, or operational costs.
§ 12
Compliance notes
For U.S.-related customers, Integrall LLC aims to keep pricing, renewal, cancellation, and subscription information clear and not misleading.
For EU-related customers, customers may have consumer, data-protection, cancellation, or billing rights under mandatory law depending on their status, location, and use case.
For Russian Federation-related customers, service availability, payment availability, data processing, and support may be limited by legal, payment-provider, platform, sanctions, or operational restrictions.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
§ 13
Changes
Pricing, plan names, included features, limits, billing intervals, renewal rules, cancellation flow, support levels, and payment methods may change over time.
Updated pricing or billing terms will be posted on the website, shown at checkout, provided through a customer portal, or communicated by another reasonable method.
