This Privacy Policy explains how Integrall LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information for Integrall AI Content.

Integrall AI Content is a Telegram AI Automation product that supports content collection, AI processing, approval workflows, publishing workflows, customer access, billing, and support.

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• company or project name
• Telegram channel information
• source setup information
• request type
• product interest
• content workflow details
• support messages
• billing and plan-related information
• cancellation or account-management requests.

Public forms should not be used to submit passwords, payment card data, government identity documents, private keys, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

The service may process operational information needed to run customer workflows, including:

• selected Telegram source configuration
• selected RSS, web, keyword, or topic source configuration where supported
• target Telegram channel configuration
• bot permission status
• draft status and approval history
• publishing status
• plan limits and usage counters
• AI processing status
• setup and onboarding records
• diagnostic logs and security logs.

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy checkout or another approved payment provider.

Integrall LLC does not ask customers to submit full payment card details through public website forms. Payment providers may process payment method information, billing information, tax information, fraud-prevention data, and checkout records according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We use information to:

• respond to onboarding, support, billing, and cancellation requests
• configure customer access
• operate Telegram and source collection workflows
• generate, store, review, and publish AI-assisted content
• provide customer and admin panel access
• process billing, subscription, renewal, and cancellation workflows
• send operational notices and support replies
• secure the service and prevent abuse
• diagnose technical problems
• comply with legal, tax, payment, security, and platform obligations
• improve the product.

Integrall AI Content may send source material, prompts, summaries, draft context, style context, and publishing context to AI providers so the service can filter, summarize, rewrite, format, or prepare content.

AI output may be stored as drafts, summaries, titles, hashtags, image prompts, image outputs, approval records, usage records, and publishing records.

Do not configure sources or submit content that you are not allowed to process.

The public website and product panels may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies for security, login sessions, preferences, analytics, product improvement, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.

Where GDPR or similar data-protection rules apply, processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent where required, legal obligations, security needs, billing needs, or customer instructions.

Integrall LLC handles personal data with attention to core data-protection principles such as transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, security, retention limitation, and user rights.

For U.S.-related operations, Integrall LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce privacy and data-security risks.

No system is completely secure, and Integrall LLC cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, service disruption, or security incidents will never occur.

Where EU data protection rules apply, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis.

We may also share information when required by law, legal process, security needs, payment-provider requirements, tax requirements, platform enforcement, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.

We retain information as long as reasonably needed for service operation, account management, billing, support, security, legal compliance, tax compliance, dispute resolution, diagnostics, and product improvement.
