Overview
These Crypto Payment Terms apply when Integrall LLC offers a crypto payment option for Integrall AI Content.
Crypto payment availability may depend on provider support, jurisdiction, compliance review, sanctions restrictions, payment confirmation, and operational readiness.
§ 2
Customer confirmations
By using a crypto payment option, you confirm that:
- your crypto payment is lawful in your jurisdiction
- you are not a sanctioned person or acting for a sanctioned person or entity
- you are not acting for a prohibited government, military, defense, or restricted entity
- your use of AIContent complies with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
- you are responsible for source rights, content permissions, and published content.
§ 3
Payment confirmation and access
A subscription is not active until the payment is confirmed by Integrall LLC or the applicable payment provider.
Crypto transactions may be delayed, underpaid, overpaid, rejected, manually reviewed, or fail due to network conditions, provider rules, sanctions screening, AML checks, wallet errors, or unsupported assets.
Integrall LLC may refuse, suspend, or delay activation if a transaction creates payment, legal, fraud, sanctions, AML, security, or operational risk.
§ 4
Refunds and reversibility
Crypto payments may be irreversible. Refund availability, timing, currency, network fees, exchange-rate differences, and provider fees may vary.
Unless required by applicable law or stated in a written offer, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after access is activated or setup work begins.
