Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Integrall AI Content, a Telegram AI Automation product operated by Integrall LLC.

By accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, using the customer panel, connecting sources, or using any related workflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Integrall AI Content helps customers collect content from selected Telegram channels and supported content sources, process that material with automation and AI, prepare posts, review drafts, and publish approved or configured content to Telegram channels.

The service provides technical functionality only. It does not grant legal rights to copy, process, rewrite, summarize, adapt, or publish third-party content.

The service may include source configuration, Telegram collection, RSS or web-source collection where supported, AI filtering, AI rewrite, image generation where available, approval workflows, scheduling, auto-publishing, customer panel access, administrative setup, documentation, and support.

Access may be created after checkout, payment confirmation, subscription activation, account review, setup verification, or assisted onboarding.

Some setup steps may require Integrall LLC support, including source connection, target channel configuration, bot permissions, plan limits, and workflow checks.

Submitting a form, opening checkout, or requesting access does not guarantee activation if payment, setup, compliance, security, or platform requirements are not satisfied.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account, billing, contact, and setup information
• choosing sources you are allowed to monitor, process, summarize, rewrite, or republish
• respecting Telegram, RSS publisher, website, platform, copyright, content-owner, and community rules
• reviewing AI-generated or automated output before publication when your workflow requires approval
• making sure published content is lawful, accurate, appropriate, and suitable for your audience
• protecting passwords, tokens, API keys, bot permissions, channel permissions, and other sensitive credentials
• using the service only for lawful business or content operations.

You must not submit passwords, payment card data, government identity documents, private keys, access tokens, or sensitive personal information through public website forms.

Customer content and source rights

You are solely responsible for the sources you configure and for the content you collect, copy, process, rewrite, summarize, adapt, approve, publish, or otherwise use through Integrall AI Content.

You must ensure that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, lawful bases, or other authorization required to use the sources and materials you configure.

Integrall LLC does not grant rights to third-party content and does not verify ownership, permissions, legality, accuracy, attribution requirements, source-link requirements, platform compliance, or copyright status of customer-configured sources, drafts, or published content.

If you use third-party materials, you are responsible for verifying the applicable license, obtaining permission where required, preserving attribution and source links where required or appropriate, and complying with content-owner, platform, and legal restrictions.

AI-generated summaries, rewrites, titles, hashtags, image prompts, image outputs, and post drafts may contain mistakes, omissions, duplication, unsuitable wording, or inaccurate interpretation of source material.

Integrall AI Content does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, original, compliant, non-infringing, or suitable for every use case.

You remain responsible for final publication decisions and for the legal, editorial, and commercial consequences of content published to your Telegram channel.

AI-assisted rewriting, summarization, formatting, or adaptation does not make third-party content legally yours and does not remove your obligation to confirm that the content may be used, transformed, and published.

No continuous monitoring obligation

Integrall LLC may review, restrict, remove, disable, suspend, or escalate customer configurations, sources, drafts, outputs, workflows, accounts, or published-content records when required for legal, platform, security, payment, sanctions, abuse, or operational reasons.

However, Integrall LLC is not obligated to continuously monitor every customer source, draft, output, approval decision, or publication. Customer content, customer-configured sources, and customer publication decisions are not endorsed, approved, verified, or adopted by Integrall LLC merely because they pass through or are processed by the service.

Failure to detect or remove prohibited, unlawful, infringing, harmful, extremist, terrorist, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, sanctioned, or platform-abusive customer use immediately does not transfer responsibility for that use from the customer to Integrall LLC, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Telegram, content sources, RSS publishers, web-source providers where supported, AI providers, hosting providers, database providers, security providers, analytics tools, email providers, and payment providers.

Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, modify APIs, suspend accounts, impose rate limits, block collection, or become unavailable. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Integrall LLC is not responsible for third-party platform restrictions, outages, policy changes, API changes, or account actions taken by third-party services.

Public plan names may include Starter, Pro, and Premium.

Pricing, billing intervals, plan limits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refunds, taxes, and checkout handling are described in the Pricing and Billing Policy, checkout page, invoice, customer portal, or written offer.

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy checkout or another payment method approved by Integrall LLC. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Integrall LLC operates Integrall AI Content with attention to core legal and compliance issues relevant to customers in the United States, the European Union, and the Russian Federation, including truthful product claims, subscription clarity, privacy notices, data-security practices, personal-data rights, source-use responsibility, and lawful content processing.

This does not mean the service is suitable for every jurisdiction, industry, content category, or regulated use case. Customers are responsible for determining whether their intended use, source selection, content processing, and publication workflow are lawful in their own jurisdiction and business context.

Integrall LLC may restrict, suspend, or refuse service where continued operation creates legal, security, platform, sanctions, payment, or compliance risk.

For U.S.-related customers and operations, Integrall LLC aims to keep product descriptions, pricing information, subscription terms, and marketing claims clear and not misleading.

Customers must not use the service for deceptive advertising, spam, unlawful content distribution, infringement, impersonation, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable federal or state law.

Where EU data protection rules apply, Integrall LLC handles personal data with attention to GDPR principles such as purpose limitation, data minimization, security, transparency, and user rights.

Customers must not configure sources or submit content that they are not allowed to process. Customers that use Integrall AI Content for their own audience, channel, or business may have their own data-controller or data-compliance obligations.

EU-related privacy requests may be sent to legal@integrall.group.

Where Russian personal-data rules apply, Integrall LLC handles personal data with attention to applicable notice, processing, access, correction, deletion, and restriction principles.

Customers must not submit unnecessary personal data, sensitive personal data, secrets, credentials, or unlawful content through public forms or automation workflows.

Integrall LLC may limit or refuse processing where Russian Federation legal requirements, platform restrictions, sanctions restrictions, infrastructure limitations, or compliance requirements cannot be reasonably satisfied.

You may not use Integrall AI Content to:

• publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, extremist, harmful, or prohibited content
• spam Telegram users, groups, channels, or communities
• evade platform rules, source restrictions, paywalls, technical protections, or access controls
• scrape, overload, attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service
• resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access without written permission
• submit secrets, payment data, private keys, passwords, tokens, or sensitive credentials through public forms
• violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, consumer-protection rules, platform policies, sanctions rules, or applicable law
• configure sources, collect materials, rewrite drafts, summarize content, adapt content, or publish output without required rights, licenses, permissions, or lawful authorization
• remove attribution, source links, copyright notices, author credits, license notices, or required disclosures where they are required by law, license, platform rule, or content-owner terms.

Integrall AI Content may change over time. Features, source types, limits, AI models, publishing workflows, approval workflows, pricing, and support processes may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

Integrall LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, compatibility with every source, or compatibility with every Telegram workflow.

Integrall AI Content software, website content, workflows, documentation, user interface design, automation logic, and related materials are owned by Integrall LLC or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract, clone, or create derivative products from the service without written permission.

Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if payment fails, subscription access expires, onboarding information is inaccurate, required setup is incomplete, use creates security or compliance risk, the service is misused, these Terms are violated, or continued service is impractical.

Integrall LLC may remove or disable access to reported material, suspend workflows, block source configurations, restrict publishing, request source-rights evidence, or refuse service where use creates copyright, platform, legal, sanctions, payment, security, or abuse risk.

Integrall LLC may terminate accounts or refuse future service for customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights, repeatedly configure infringing sources, repeatedly publish infringing content, or attempt to evade enforcement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Integrall LLC, its owners, officers, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, complaints, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to:

• the sources you configure
• the content you collect, copy, process, rewrite, summarize, adapt, approve, publish, or distribute
• your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, platform rules, third-party rights, or applicable law
• copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, defamation, fraud, sanctions, extremist-content, terrorist-content, consumer-protection, or platform-abuse claims related to your use of the service
• your failure to obtain required rights, licenses, permissions, lawful bases, attribution rights, source-link permissions, or approvals.

Integrall LLC may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification where appropriate. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on Integrall LLC without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrall LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost content opportunities, platform restrictions, third-party outages, AI output errors, publication mistakes, source restrictions, payment-provider actions, or unauthorized access caused by customer-side security issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where United States federal law or mandatory non-waivable law applies.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or Integrall AI Content will be handled in competent courts located in Wyoming or another forum selected by Integrall LLC where legally appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits rights or obligations that cannot be waived or changed by contract under applicable law.

Integrall LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website or provided through another reasonable method.

Continued use of Integrall AI Content after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
