Overview
This page explains how to contact Integrall LLC about privacy and data requests related to Integrall AI Content.
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with the service, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or other privacy-related action.
§ 2
How to submit a request
Send privacy and data requests to:
legal@integrall.group
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, request, subscription, contact form submission, or customer workflow.
Do not send passwords, payment card data, private keys, access tokens, government identity documents, or other sensitive credentials through email unless specifically requested through a secure process.
§ 3
Verification and limits
Integrall LLC may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a request.
Requests may be denied, delayed, or limited where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, tax records, payment records, legal claims, abuse prevention, platform enforcement, backup retention, or operational integrity.
§ 4
Customer-controlled content and sources
AIContent may process customer-configured sources, drafts, approval records, publishing records, and operational logs.
Customers are responsible for their own source rights, content permissions, channel permissions, and published content. A data request does not automatically remove content that has already been published to a customer's Telegram channel or another third-party platform.
